DATRON Training
Produce even more effectively with profound technical know-how!
DATRON offers practice-oriented training for the operation of the CNC machines, technology as well as CNC and CAD/CAM programming. You may choose between two models:
1. Training in individual small groups at DATRON:
- CNC basic course for beginners at DATRON machines
- CNC follow-up course for every machine operator; with more complex machining tasks
- PrimCAM 2.5D CAD/CAM machining in direct reference with the DATRON machines
- Number of participants: 3 to 5 people; monthly dates
2. Individual training at DATRON or at your site:
- CNC programming (machines up to manufacturing year 1996 under "DOS", as of manufacturing year 1997 under "Windows")
- Technology: Optimisation of the manufacturing process by using clamping technique and optimising the tools’ selection
- PrimCAM: Set-up of complex NC programmes
- Introduction in machine servicing and maintenance
- Number of participants: up to 3 people per company; individual dates and customised training contents
DATRON CNC basic course
You have just started working with the DATRON CNC machines. During the training you will learn the basics of CNC machining and CNC programming.
DATRON CNC follow-up course
You have already taken part in a DATRON CNC basic course or know in principal how to operate the DATRON machines. In this course you will increase your knowledge in CNC programming. All complex commands will be explained to you and you will focus on using the macro editor. In this course we will be glad to also talk about your specific manufacturing tasks.
PrimCAM CAD/CAM programming
Within a day, the CAD/CAM programme "PrimCAM" will enable you to set-up complex 2D CNC programmes. You will receive a general introduction into CAD and CAM programming. During the course you will create tool paths and run the set-up NC programmes on the CNC machines.
