A user-friendly control system, a good documentation and a comprehensive training ensure smooth and trouble-free production. Our experts provide invaluable support especially in the initial phase of your work or also if you have new tasks. We are always there to help you find a solution to your problem! Send us the drawing by fax and give us a detailed description on the phone to enable a quick diagnosis.
If there is a machine fault, we will carry out an initial diagnosis on the phone and discuss the further procedure with you. If necessary, we will send a service engineer to your factory.

Should you need our assistance outside normal business hours the support team can be contacted during the following times: Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 22:00 hours and also Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 15:00 hours except national public holidays and school holidays of the federal state of Hesse.
*Please note that for this support there is a service charge of € 50.00.
