This highlights the importance that safeguarding and further development of quality requirements has for DATRON. Quality pervades all areas of DATRON AG. Starting at the product development process, throughout distribution and delivery of products and ending with after-sales service, there are control systems that report discrepancies and deviations, allowing them to be solved immediately.

And DATRON AG is of course DIN ISO 9001:2008-certified.

“We constantly revise and adjust all processes within the Company. The focus is our customer, from beginning to end. All processes relative to our ERP system and other software modules are permanently evaluated in order to increase efficiency and continue optimizing speed. A continuous process orientation is an important part of business strategy”, says Nicolai Spika. “For us, complaints always represent an opportunity to get to be even better. However, our objective is a zero error rate. But that is not enough. If the customer does not say anything, then he is asked by DATRON. Customer satisfaction surveys are evaluated regularly. Added to the established internal suggestion system, which encourages all DATRON employees to submit visions, ideas and suggestions, the result is a living system that permanently learns and introduces improvements”.

Fast and efficient reaction: a large stock of spare parts makes this possible. Domestically demanded parts are usually delivered to the customer within 24 hours. Highest quality transparency, speed, accountability have to be achieved daily by DATRON, and they are the guarantee that enable DATRON customers to trust the company.
