Automation
By connecting an automation solution, heavy plates, workpieces or clamping systems can be brought into the workspace of the DATRON MXCube by robot or crane. The MXCube can be loaded from optional positions through optional automation ports.
Option 1
Load the MXCube from above or directly from the front using a crane. Optionally, the manual door can also be replaced by a powered door, whereby an automated loading from above or front is given.

Option 2
A powered door on the right side allows the DATRON MXCube to be loaded with the help of external automation.

The rugged steel construction in groundbreaking design was made for years of industrial use. Excellent accessibility to all functional elements simplifies operation and maintenance. A large window provides the best view of the machining operation, while the machine status can be seen from a distance thanks to the sharp LED display.

DATRON Chip Conveyor
The chip conveyor is used for the reliable transport of chips from the working area. This was specially designed for the short and long chips typically produced during HSC machining of aluminum.

DATRON ToolAssist
DATRON ToolAssist combines common tool systems and well-known CNC accessories for even more user-friendliness and efficient production: As the first external DATRON tool changer outside the machining area, it is automatically protected from chips. The machining area in the machine room is thus increased and accessibility improved, especially with robot loading.
