DATRON ToolAssist is an intelligent external tool changer that increases workspace and enhances automation. Positioned outside the machining area, it protects tools from chip exposure while improving machine accessibility—ideal for robotic part handling. Compatible with standard tool systems and CNC accessories, ToolAssist boosts both operational safety and productivity.
Tool magazine 12-fold
The 12-fold tool magazine from DATRON supports automatic pickup tool changes with space for up to 12 tools. Its unique tool carrier design allows reliable loading and unloading directly by the spindle. For higher demands, multiple magazines can be combined—supporting up to 36 tools, depending on machine type. A protective hood and strategically placed air nozzles prevent chip contamination, keeping the system clean and performance-ready.
