A clearly structured and easy-to-navigate program management system helps you quickly find the right program. All programs are logically organized, and key information such as the program name as well as a clear graphical representation is available at a glance.
Define your tool precisely and individually: Select the appropriate needle and measure it accurately for optimal process results. Custom tools can be easily created and perfectly tailored to your requirements.
Set up your workpiece particularly easily and conveniently: The combination of an integrated camera, intuitive touch controls, and a 3D confocal sensor enables fast and precise definition of the zero point—even without prior experience.
In the 3D simulation, the workpiece is displayed almost true to the original. This allows you to assess in advance whether your workpiece can be dispensed by the DATRON machine with the desired quality.
You can monitor the progress of the dispensing program on the run screen. Key parameters are always visible at a glance.

Dynamic parameters
The dynamic parameters are used to define the required parameters. With the parameter “good surface”, for example, the production process is in the optimum ratio to the machine speed and the possible contour violations.

Language
Your machine operators are international as your customers and would like to switch to a different interface language during operation? No problem! In the drop-down dialog, everyone can select his personal language. All controls switch immediately.
