3D Confocal Sensor
The high-precision 3D confocal sensor enables optical height measurement and position detection of workpieces and dispensing beads. Thanks to confocal technology, even transparent or reflective surfaces can be reliably measured. The manual height adjustment ensures optimal adaptation to the measurement environment.
When combined with the Contour Measurement and Quality Control software options, the sensor delivers precise and reproducible results. The DATRON next control scans the height profile of the entire dispensing contour and automatically adjusts the dispensing height. Additionally, quality control enables fully automated measurement of the dispensing bead, detecting errors early and issuing corresponding warnings.
3D Probe
The DATRON 3D probe enables precise measurement of workpieces. During the measurement cycle, it automatically unfolds and retracts after completion. A magnetic coupling protects the probe head from damage due to excessive forces, ensuring long-term durability in production environments.
