The DATRON short-stroke clamping element KSE-AS enables automatic clamping operation. The clamping element is designed for operation on a T-slot plate, but can also be used stationary in fixtures.

It is used wherever high flexibility, high operating comfort and short changeover times are required. The clamping element is designed for operation on a T-slot plate, but can also be used stationary.
Vertical Clamping System
The DATRON pneumatic vertical clamping system was designed for the quick and easy clamping of housings. Developed for machines with a cut-out table, the clamping plate, equipped with T-slots, is secured vertically to the machining table. Several pneumatic short-stroke cylinders lock the vertical clamping beam with grid rods. The continuous air pressure on the cylinders is controlled individually by pneumatic valves, which makes precise clamping possible with this flexible system. This was designed for applications requiring speed and reliability.
