- High concentricity: hybrid ball bearings, a compact design and high rigidity achieved through a special bearing arrangement result in very high concentricity of up to 2 µm. This precision is crucial for the machining of high-quality workpieces.
- Precise fine balancing: Electronic fine balancing ensures that our spindle runs smoothly and with low vibration. This ensures the stability required for the finest machining details and surface quality.
- Low maintenance: Our spindles are equipped with wear-free and maintenance-free three-phase asynchronous motors and lifetime grease lubrication. This significantly reduces maintenance and ensures reliable and long-lasting performance.
- Cleanliness: sealing air effectively prevents dirt and dust from entering the interior of the CNC spindle. This protects the precision components and helps extend their service life.
