With the DATRON Vision System we provide you with a smart image recognition system for visual, high-precision zero point detection. The DATRON Vision System detects the position and/or the torsion of the component and can therefore also be used anywhere where tactile measuring is not possible. Component geometries, free-form contours and fi ducial marks are automatically detected. With the DATRON Vision System you have, for example, the possibility to read and process texts or 2D codes to record relevant operating data and to increase process reliability. The DATRON Vision System is fully embedded in the DATRON next control system.
