Compact Bench Vice
The DATRON compact bench vice is ideal for applications requiring a high clamping force. With a maximum clamping force of 35 kN, it holds components securely in position. The double encapsulated spindle protects from chips and ensures reliable operation. Aluminum clamping jaws in two widths can be adjusted individually to various work piece geometries. The bench vice is available in guide lengths of 160 mm or 300 mm, with optional machinable aluminum clamping jaws for milling specific part geometries

Vario Vice
The DATRON Vario Vice is a very flexible bench vice that was specifically designed for DATRON milling machines. Solve a broad range of application requirements by using the quick change system for jaws, the quick change pallet mounting system, and or the robot gripper device. The compact design offers numerous options due to the design of a fixed center jaw. For example, it can also be used as a dual clamp – perfect for multiple part clamping.

Module Clamping Plates
The DATRON module clamping MS-P pallet plates are made from surface-milled aluminum with conic centering inserts in a 100 mm grid pattern allowing for mounting of optional clamping devices on the top surface. They can be secured by using fastening screws or mount in seconds using the vacuum suction system for cost-saving production. Set up your job efficiently using the quick-locating conical insert system with precise repeatability.
