A user-friendly control system, good documentation and comprehensive training are the best prerequisites for smooth production. Especially in the initial phase or even with new tasks, our experts can support you in your work. We help you to solve your problems! A drawing in advance by e-mail and an exact description on the phone are the best basis for a quick remote diagnosis. In case of a machine malfunction, we will make a preliminary diagnosis together with you by phone and agree on the further procedure with you. If necessary, a service technician will come to your premises.
The technical service hotline is available to you continuously during business hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 18:00.

If you need advice and assistance outside the above-mentioned hours, we are also available to you between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Excluded are national holidays and the holidays of the state of Hesse.
* Please note that there is a charge for this service. We charge a flat rate of 50.00 € for this service.
