CleanCut
The DATRON CleanCut system is designed for contactless chip extraction on flat sheet material. It reduces machine cleaning time and protects delicate surfaces from scratches. The suction head lowers automatically, saving time. An optional spray mist unit ensures effective cooling and nearly residue-free machining during the vacuum process.
Industrial Vacuum Cleaner
High-performance DATRON industrial vacuum cleaners ensure a clean, safe workspace and optimized machine performance. Designed for various materials, including graphite and explosive dust, these vacuums support dry and wet applications — making them ideal for demanding CNC environments and operator safety.
Dust Extraction System
The DATRON neo dust extraction system keeps the work area clean by removing chips and dust during flat sheet machining. A pneumatically controlled brush lowers onto the workpiece for effective suction. The included industrial vacuum connects via flexible hose and activates automatically via the machine control.
Oil mist extraction
The oil mist extraction system removes vapors that develop during machining with oily cooling lubrication media from the interior of the machine. Note: Emerging oil is returned to a provided drip pan on the inside of the machine. Not applicable when using ethanol or other highly flammable media.
