CEO
Michael Daniel was appointed Chief Executive Officer as of January 01, 2022, after having successfully fulfilled the role of Chief Financial Officer of DATRON AG since 2013. As CEO of DATRON AG, he is responsible for the areas of finance, investor relations and the entire market side.
After his training as a bank clerk at the Stadtsparkasse Lippstadt, he studied business administration with a focus on financial services at the private University of Applied Sciences FHDW in Hanover and graduated with a degree in business administration (FH). After working briefly for an investment bank in Frankfurt am Main, he founded PCI AG in April 2000, a management consultancy with a focus on equity capital consulting, of which he was a board member until joining DATRON AG.
CTO
After graduating from high school, Jonas Gillmann completed vocational training as an industrial mechatronics technician at DATRON AG, followed by basic studies in electrical engineering and information technology at the Technical University of Darmstadt / Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. His career at DATRON AG progressively deepened, starting in the internal sales department followed by the management of sales support and project management. As Commercial Director of the DATRON Milling Tools division, Jonas Gillmann played a key role in the founding of the subsidiary DATRON Tool Technology GmbH. As Director Customer Care, he was responsible for DATRON's after-sales activities and in 2022 moved to the divisional management of the two disciplines Research & Development and Product Management with overall global responsibility for DATRON AG's product portfolio. Since March 1, 2024, Jonas Gillmann has been responsible for Technology (CTO).
