Chip Conveyor
The DATRON chip conveyor is designed to reliably remove chips from the work area of the milling machine. Specifically designed to meet the requirements of HSC machining of aluminum, it effortlessly will remove both short and long chip fragments. This chip conveyor is ideal for machines in automated, high-volume production because it can process a large quantity of chips, keeping the working area clean, optimizing the machine performance while reducing manufacturing costs.
Chip carriage
As a flexible alternative, the chip carriage set offers an efficient disposal solution without a fixed conveyor mechanism. Two robust carriages with smooth running rollers can be pulled out at the sides and emptied easily. Perfect for applications without fixed installed conveyors or when mobile chip disposal is needed.
