Visitors of the Moulding Expo can experience the DATRON neo and DATRON M8Cube live in action at the DATRON booth in hall 9 and can convince themselves of the high precision and maximum economy of the future-oriented DATRON technologies. The compact DATRON neo enables uncomplicated set-up of workpieces due to the ergonomic, frontal access to the work area and thus leads to faster and more precise machining. The DATRON M8Cube for efficient and economical machining of housings, profiles and front panels made of aluminium and many other materials convinces with short set-up times and very low energy consumption. In combination with the DATRON next software, both high-speed milling machines are convincing right down the line.
The innovative DATRON machine control system based on the plug and play principle has recently been convincing with two new software options. In addition to the sister tool management for monitoring tool wear and for automatic replacement of worn tools during machining, the DATRON next also offers the option of multiple versions for producing several identical workpieces from a single blank.
DATRON users also experience quality "Made in Germany" in the tool area of the machine manufacturer. In particular, the balanced, star-shaped and 2-fold polished 4-in-1 single cutter is characterised to a high degree by higher infeeds and feeds.
