DATRON ToolAssist scored highly across the board thanks to its improved process reliability:
- ergonomic loading and unloading during machine operation, parallel to machining time
- improved accessibility thanks to automated side door
- machining of panels and other flat components due to the extremely generous machining area
- up to 143 tool places for a greater variety of tools and the use of sister tools in series production
- a safe tool change by monitoring the collet chucks
