The DATRON Vario Vice is a highly flexible vice specifically designed for the requirements of DATRON machines. Its comprehensive features, including a quick-change system for jaws, an integrated interface for zero-point clamping systems, and a device for mounting robot grips, give it an extraordinary range of application possibilities, yet in a compact design. With the addition of a fixed center jaw, any Vario Vice can be easily converted into a double vice.

The T-slot module clamping plate offers space for application-specific fastening solutions or the combination of short-stroke clamping element and fixed clamping jaw.

The modules are mounted on the machine table with the vacuum suction system.

The DATRON neo Ionizing bar facilitates chip management during plastic machining. The ionization bar discharges the adhering chips inside the machine, allowing them to fall into the chip box through compressed air. This significantly reduces cleaning efforts throughout the process.

The spray system consists of four adjustable nozzles with a concentrated jet, which are arranged around the milling cutter. This means that the cooling lubricant can be optimally distributed and always reaches the tool cutting edge, regardless of the milling direction.
