Surface Profile
Benefits of the function:
- Height compensation during milling in blanks that do not have a flat surface profile.
Available on machine types: All
Known limitations: Not in combination with the rotary/swivel axes

Protected Areas
Benefits of the function:
- Definition of areas in the machine or on the workpiece that must not be approached in the milling process.
Areas of application:
- Protection of machine parts such as the vacuum plate or clamping device
- Protection of areas in the raw part, e. g. semi-finished parts
